Welcome to the Monticello The largest of the home floorplans in Rossmoor is the Monticello. This model, situated overlooking the 104 acres of the golf course, is on a side street of the community. It demonstrates the Monticello's landscaped entranceway nestled almost within the building, the conveniently placed two car garage and interesting roof line.

Size Considerations

Specifications
With 2,367 sq feet of living space, the Monticello is the largest manor in the community. The two car garage is an additional 460 sq feet with sufficient room to include even a small golf cart.

With the understanding that many models overtime, have modified the room structure and use, this floorplan demonstrates one of the layouts. As an example, "Dens" have often evolved into "Computer Rooms," a concession to modern technology that many of us enjoy using!

There is a combined Living Room and Dining Room; a Kitchen and Breakfast area; 2 bedrooms; Den and enclosed sun filled Patio; 2 1/2 Bathrooms; and a Laundry/Utility Room just off the garage. Large closets — the one off the Master Bedroom measures 7' x 10' and is accessed via a dressing area.

	Entrance Floorplan By referring to the accompanying partial plans, the entrance via the Foyer can be seen. There is also the connection gallery which runs the length of the home connecting the bedrooms at one end, and the garage entrance on the other.

Kitchen — Breakfast Area — Enclosed Patio

Kitchen and Enclosed Patio
The Kitchen includes a work island with casual seating, and marble surfaces. To the left there is a small breakfast area, and a large fan circulating the air conditioning unit of the home.

On the right is a few out toward the enclose patio, also with a view toward the green expanse of the Golf Course. A bright room, there is a small fireplace providing a warm glow on cool evenings.

Den or Computer Room


The Den in this manor has become a spacious 13' x 16' work space which has become the family's "Computer Room" as well.

Master Suite

		Bedroom Area Directly across from the Den, this unit has two large bedrooms which includes a large Master Suite (18' x 12') with Walk-In Closet, a dressing area and Main Bathroom area. The second Bedroom has its own bathroom and shower as well as an ample walk-in closet as well.
