Location: Rossmoor is located in Middlesex County, New Jersey, midway on a diagonal line extending from Newark to Trenton. From the New Jersey Turnpike (either from the north or the south) get off at Exit 8A marked Cranbury/Jamesburg. After the toll, bear left and take the Rt-32E ramp toward JAMESBURG / MONROE. This becomes Forsgate Drive East. Exactly 6/10 of a mile from where the exit ramp connects to Forsgate Drive is a traffic light. The entrance to Rossmoor is at this light. Turn right to enter. An interesting way to visualize the community and its location is to click on SATellite on the Google Map. Then magnify the view by 2 or 3 clicks - and adjust the center of the map. The marker is at the entrance gate to the community on Forsgate drive. By moving the map, the remainder of the community can be seen. Follow Old Nassau Rd through its 2.2 mile length around Rossmoor - with its Golf Course as a visual reference point. |
